Refund policy

At Mandir Bazaar, each product is handcrafted with care and customized specifically according to your unique space and design specifications. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our wooden temples, furniture, and handicrafts, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is placed and processed, as every item is tailored to your order preferences.

REFUNDS
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind or post-dispatch requests. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos, and we will assist you with repair or replacement solutions.

CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced, as every single product is customized specifically upon your request.
